PAUL NOWICKI

Michael Rees earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1994 from the University of Alberta. He is a professional member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Through Mike’s career, he has worked closely at the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) level, as well as at the distributor and end user levels assisting with technical bearing application and commercial support. Mike is also familiar with pulp and paper mills,

mines, aggregate equipment, oil and gas equipment, drilling tools, and agricultural equipment.

As a result of these experiences, Mike has gained familiarity with welding and materials codes and standards, as well as general knowledge of machining and other forms of manufacturing.

Mike joined Anderson Associates in May 2012 and has recently become a partner in the firm. He has been involved in project management, quality control implementation, design engineering, and forensic engineering.
