Paul Nowicki joined the Anderson Associates team in 1994, shortly after graduating from the Mechanical Engineering Technology Program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. During his time with Anderson Associates, Paul has been actively involved in a wide range of motor vehicle accident investigations, including low speed collisions, high speed highway, motorcycle, pedestrian, and rollover accidents. He has been the lead motor vehicle accident reconstruction consultant on a number of high profile cases.
In addition to motor vehicle accident analyses, Paul has been involved in other technical investigations, such as slip and fall accidents, vehicle fire investigations, personal injuries, and engine failure analyses.
Paul is one of the first engineering technologists in Alberta to be granted professional technologists status (P. Tech.(Eng.)) in the field of mechanical engineering, specializing in motor vehicle accident reconstruction and analysis as well as automotive part failure analysis.
As a member of the Anderson Associates team, Paul provides forensic expert services to Insurance adjusters and Legal counsel. He is an accepted expert witness in the field of motor vehicle accident reconstruction in the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, and the Court of Queens Bench of Alberta.
